JKFRJK Construction Corp. (formerly JKFRJK Insulation Sales and Services) was founded in 1997 by Mr. Jeremias R. Buot. When he and his family decided to move to Pililla, Rizal in early 1990's. Jerry found himself looking for employment together with his three brothers. Given the opportunity to work as construction workers in different fields as wholesale paid "pakyaw".

Jerry decided to make a career out of what he learned during his employment. He began his own company, JKFRJK Construction Corp. in Luzon area. For consecutive years, the company began to create his own name in the fields of construction, it grew slowly, working mostly on small scale projects and until that the company was able to bid for big scale of plant projects (Cement Plants, Coal Power/ Power Plants) while gaining a reputation for quality services and reliability. The company began to bid successfully for larger projects in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
